Disclaimer:
I, the undersigned, as the pet owner, assume full responsibility for my pet during the “Pet’s Up” photo shoot. I understand that it may be in the nature of the animal to move freely, and I hereby confirm that I know my pet well enough to assess its behavior in this situation. I agree that the photographer, Sandy Löwe, assumes no liability for any injuries or other incidents that may occur to my pet during the photo shoot. I confirm that no force will be used on the pet and that its safety is always a priority; however, the ultimate responsibility for my pet’s well-being rests with me.
Use of images and video footage:
I hereby give my express consent to the recording and use of video footage by Sandy Löwe (photographer) in which I may appear during the photo shoot of my pet. This footage may be used exclusively for the photographer’s own purposes in connection with the promotion of “PETSPECTIVE” on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other promotional materials.
I am aware that these videos are intended to depict the recording process and the atmosphere of the photo shoot, and I agree that they may be used in the photographer’s media without any time or location restrictions.
I understand that I am not entitled to any remuneration or other compensation for the use of these images. I have the right to revoke this consent at any time by sending written notice to the photographer. Upon receipt of my revocation, the photographer will cease using my photos in future projects and, where possible, remove existing publications.
